 I first saw him in 'As good as it Gets', which is a very great film. He was young at the time, but even then he was a very talented actor. He plays his roles very convincingly, he really gets into his characters and I enjoy watching him a lot. Not every actor can play different types of roles that are polar opposites of each other, but he can. Some actors are purely ‘acting’ while others really reach deep down inside and feel their roles. He won the Hollywood Reporter Young Star Award for Best Actor for the movie ‘As Good as it gets’ as well. So even then it was obvious he was destined for greatness. He’s incredibly talented, it’s shocking how brilliant of an actor Jesse is. When my dad rented the Butterfly Effect he left such an effect on my family. He’s a very convincing actor and is able to make you remember who he is. I love actors that make me believe it is real, and that’s what he does. He has been in a lot of things I love actually. He has been acting since 1997 and is still around, and getting better and better! It’s hard to put into words, but he really makes me feel like I’m there in the movie. He leaves a certain stunning effect and only the greats can do that. Unfortunately there isn’t too much available online about him, hopefully some day there will be.
I made this Fanlisting because I felt Jesse James really deserved one. From the moment I saw him, there was something about him and I was hooked. I am very grateful for the approval because I really love him and all he has done. I told myself to apply for the Fanlisting a while ago, but resisted. Then I saw it on upcoming and became very sad and discouraged. It was later removed and I had another chance, so I applied. I was so thrilled to learn I had gotten it. Such a talented actor deserves a little recognition :)
